Christmas Day 2009

Santa was here.
It was an earlier than normal Christmas morning for us, sadly Katie pee'd her bed so we had to toss her bedding and new Christmas pajama's in the wash and give her a quick shower from the neck down and then put her in new pajamas BEFORE we could see what Santa brought. In Katie's defense we (Adam and I) forgot to have her 'go' when we got home late last night, so its partially our fault. Anyway...
So after all that...the girls finally lined up at the gate in the hallway
and then youngest to oldest they come out to the living room.
Peyton loved her new toy from Santa.
After playing with Santa's gifts the girls opened their stockings.
After stockings the girls opened their gifts from Adam and I. Peyton's were blue (Pooh); Katie's was red (Tinkerbell) and Meg's was pink (Princess). I always wrap their gifts in their own wrapping paper, it makes it easier to hand them out/find their gifts.
Aunt Julie arrived early for breakfast so she got a quick pic of our family of five under our tree.
Then Adam's side came over and we ate breakfast (crepes, pigs-n-blanket, cinnamon rolls, monkey bread, etc.) and then we opened up gifts. No Pics.
Then my mom and brother came over and we exchanged gifts. No Pics.
Then for dinner, for the first time EVER, we went out to dinner!!! We went to Acapulco's.
It was great. It wasn't crowded and we got seated right away. We all got plenty of food to eat, lots of chips and salsa and leftovers!
All 11 of us at dinner.
The best part was not cooking or cleaning all the pots, pans and dishes!! We've decided to make this a new tradition.
