Going to the O.C. Fair 2010

Every year we look forward to going to the O.C. Fair as a family. We head over right when it opens at 10 because it's less crowded and not hot yet.
When we first arrived we saw some oxen. It was really interesting to find out more about oxen and why the pioneers would use ox instead of horses. On our way to the kids area the girls were taking a picture when Bozo stopped by to say hi. The girls got a kick out of the clown. Then we went to the kids area. Peyton is only 2 but is over 36 inches tall so she was able to go on a lot of rides with Meg & Katie. We chose a bunch of rides that all 3 could go on together.
Peyton loved the rides.
Then we went and had some lunch, hot dogs and hamburgers, and then some ice cream. Then walked inside the buildings looking at exhibits until Peyton feel asleep in the stroller....
Then it was time for the BIG rides! Meg and Katie love going on the big rides, but to avoid 'drama' we waited until Peyt feel asleep.
Meg and Katie are in the second car.
Then Adam wanted to take the girls on this gravity circle ride...
I was fine with it until I saw it go on its side with my kids still inside of it!
Verdict: they all loved it and wanted to go again!
The last ride was the log ride, they both got wet.
Then we headed home around 3pm just as the crowds were really starting to arrive. It was a fun family day at the fair!
