Family Vacation - July 6

Tuesday morning our family of five left Salt Lake City and drove the RV north to Idaho! We stopped in Rexburg to visit with Adam's grandparents.

Great-Grandpa came out to greet us and gave Peyton a ride on his walker back into the house.

Adam's dad and his wife are also on vacation (the van and trailer in the driveway is theirs) and had already been staying there a few days. We got to visit and have lunch with all of them. The girls enjoyed eating pizza with lots of attention from their grandparents.

After lunch it was time for us to go. Peyton got another ride from Great-Grandpa and escorted by Great-Grandma.

We then followed Adam's dad and his wife Clarice
over to the Rexburg Temple for a quick photo for our temple wall.

Then we were on our way to Wyoming!! We are staying at the Granite Creek Hot Springs (near Jackson) for the next few days. We set up the RV and the girls helped their Grandpa set up his tent in the campsite next to us.

Then the girls went 'exploring'. There was a trail behind Grandpa's campsite that went to a meadow. The girls were pretending and playing some exploring game. They saw a squirrel and some birds.

This is the view from our campsite. Nice.

Before dinner, Katie and I went on a walk to check out the meadow. We found a stream and the river. Here is Katie in the meadow.
