Potatoes, Paint and Home-made Wrapping Paper!

Nov. 29th After Thanksgiving, Adam's Aunt Julie, aka 'Auntie', came over to make home-made Christmas wrapping paper with the girls. She got some large paper and had the girls use potatoes and dip them in paint. Auntie made a few potato stampers all by hand (star, tree and candy cane) and then brought a few pre-made stampers too.

Meg really enjoyed the project, she did 8 sheets!

Grandma Babette also helped with the fun! Katie did 1 sheet and was done.

Here are Meg's wrapping paper sheets...

...Katie's solo work of art!

Editor memo: I used masking tape to tape clothes pins on the wall to hold the paper up to dry over-night.
