Tonight was our ward dinner, I had signed up to bring a side dish and decorate 3 tables. Here's one table that I used a few of our nutcrackers as the centerpiece.

Since we were there early to help decorate I was able to get a few pics of the girls (in their holiday shirts of course) with the 'manger decor' before everyone else showed up.

The BIG event that the girls were excited about was seeing their new cousin
Azlin. Meg had already seen her a few times at the hospital (because she is older and healthy), but this was going to be Katie and Peyton's first time. Andrew &
Wynter arrived early too and hid in the Mother's Room (
Azlin is only 6 days old! So to avoid germs and also they were part of a surprise performance later). I took the girls to wash their hands and then we headed over to the Mother's Room. First up: Katie!

Katie loved holding
Azlin, she gushed and awed about how cute she was...which made
Peyt jealous and antsy for her turn. So next it was Peyton's turn.
Peyt gave her kisses and did not want to give her up.

Azlin
After our brief visit we headed back to the dinner to eat and socialize. Grandma Babette and Aunt Julie also joined us for dinner. After dinner it was time for a few musical performances.
The first one was "Mary's Lullaby" sung by an amazing lady Melissa R. who used to be in our ward. She started singing the lullaby when the curtains opened and the audience saw Andrew, Wynter & Azlin as Joseph, Mary & baby Jesus.

Next was the Primary children, they sang a song about the manager. All the kids were dressed as different animals or people. Katie was a cow (2

and Meg was a cow too (1st from left)

Here are my two cows!

It was a fun night for our family.
