Updated Family Photo Shoot

Today we had a lot on our calendar,
first up was an early morning photo shoot for my side of the family. The last "official" photo was taken almost 3 years ago right before my dad passed away, since then four new grandchildren have been born. So it was time to do an update for my mom. We did a 'navy, grey and white' theme this time around.

**Please note, all the these photos are unedited. My wonderful brother-in-law Jared will be cropping, red-eye removal, color enhancing and photo-shopping to make the pictures amazing. So here are a few sneak peeks for now...

First, my family now: Out of the 50 plus photos of my family of five, this is the best. It was Meghan's 8th birthday and she was NOT excited to be doing family photos on HER day, so this is one of the few pics with her smiling. Peyton was also sick that day. Oh well.

Next: my amazing mom and my fabulous siblings My family: my brother Jeff, me, my mom and my sisters Michelle & Laura. All the pics of us came out great. Oh, and I am wearing heels for the record! I am the oldest yet the shortest.

We then did a group shot, sorry no sneak pic yet. Once the final photo is done I will post it.

But until then, here are a few pics of my mom and all seven grandkids. Three years ago there was only three of them so it's more than doubled! Please note: Peyton was sick and tired, it was nap time for one of my nieces, my nephew had an ear infection and Meg wanted to leave RIGHT NOW to start celebrating her birthday. What you don't see is 8 adults behind the camera shouting and waving at all the kids to smile. So a lot of commotion to try and get 7 kids to smile all at once! I didn't realize how unlady-like Peyton is sitting with her legs wide open while wearing a skirt. Oh well. It will be something to laugh at in a few years.
