Tuesday Dec. 13th: Katie's Holiday Performance; Decorate the Tree! This morning Katie along with all the other 1st, 2nd & 3rd graders had two holiday shows. First up on stage was all the first graders. Katie wore her red shirt and Santa hat. Katie is on the top row in the middle with the hat.

Later that night we finally got to decorate the tree! It is a team effort, everyone gets to help. Katie and Peyton did the tree skirt
Meg with a boost from daddy got to do the star. Meg complained that she has no memory of ever doing the star...probably because the last few years Katie & Peyton did it, so knowing next year might go to Gwen we made sure she did it this year. Meg was thrilled!
I separated all the ornaments into their sections (Meg's, Katie's, Peyton's, Family, trips, etc.) Then the girls got to work!! Gwen supervised.

Wed. Dec. 14th: Cling-on Tree, sing 'O Christmas Tree'! Even Gwen got to help put the cling-on tree on the back door this year. She did two ornaments.
After the girls were done we all sang 'O Christmas Tree'. The finished tree with all the helpers
